InnovoPro’s Chickpea Protein (TVP) Selected as Key Ingredient @Sustainability Week 2022
Sustainability Week 2022, initiated by Galilee Mountains Winery and Margalit Startup City and in collaboration with SodaStream, has brought the future of food to one of the leading chef restaurants in Israel.
The collaboration led to a beautiful dialogue between Gil Dahan (WEISS), one of the most talented chefs in Israel, and InnovoPro.
Gil got inspired by InnovoPro’s chickpea protein and created a special plant-based dish made with InnovoPro’s chickpea protein (TVP), that was served at WEISS restaurant during the sustainability week.
