CEO

With over 20 years of extensive experience, Gregory has a proven track record and profound expertise in establishing new ventures, devising strategic plans for innovation-led expansion, and achieving commercial success. As a distinguished leader in food & beverage innovation, he is renowned for his visionary entrepreneurship and steadfast dedication to sustainability. Gregory has demonstrated his leadership across various management positions, including as a Co-founder of EverGrain Ingredients and as Global Vice-President of Sustainability at Anheuser-Busch InBev. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Allegheny College and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Joel Bar-El
Chairman of The Board

Joel is a visionary manager with over 20 years of experience as a General Manager in software-related companies selling Enterprise Solutions to tier-1 clients and single-handedly raised over US$ 1B of funds. With extensive experience in a global environment living and working in three different continents (USA, Europe, and Asia Pacific) Joel has succeeded in driving innovation through a unique 'out of the box' managerial style. Joel is a board member in of few technology-driven startups and is a recognized mentor and lecturer of innovation, entrepreneurship, and management. Joel holds a B.Sc. in General Science (Physics and Astrophysics) from Tel-Aviv University and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School.

Taly Nechushtan
Vice Chairman

With more than 20 years of experience in building new companies, launching innovative products to global markets and managing mergers and acquisitions, Taly co-founded Innovopro and was its first CEO. Taly brings strong leadership and strategic skills to her role as Vice Chairman. She has applied her experience in various management roles, using innovating strategics while working in global corporates in the fields of food, communications, and renewable energies. Taly holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.

Regev Livne
CFO

With over 15 years of experience in the technology and operational industry, Regev has held finance leadership roles ranging from venture backed startups to mid-markets to large enterprises. Proven track record in merger and acquisition, capital raising, debt financing, and restructuring while improving operational workflows and execution of growth strategies. Regev is CPA and holds a BA and an MBA.

Daniela Rabinovici
VP Product Innovation & Global Marketing

Daniela has over 17 years' experience in FMCG, both B2C and B2B and worked in multicultural and international business environments with global teams. She brings solid expertise in strategy formulation, business and product development as well as communication. Daniela holds a Bachelor Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature.

CCO, Europe & ROW

Christian has over 20 years’ experience in Sales & Business Development in the food and food ingredients industry with vast experience in regional and global accounts on the implementation and operational execution of sales & marketing plans, having held managing roles in FrieslandCampina Kievit, DP Supply (DMK Group) and most recently, Bunge Loders Crooklan.

Mark Orlowsky
Senior Business Development Manager

Mark has 10 years of combined R&D and commercial experience within the food industry that encompasses a broad exposure to many different business segments. His passion lies in helping people develop marketable, nutritious and delicious foods that are healthier for consumers and the planet. He has a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois.

Anna Owen
Business Development Manager, West Coast

Anna has worked in ingredient sales for eight years specializing in functional, natural ingredients. She is driven to bring value-added solutions to her clients and grow the market for appetizing and nourishing alternative proteins and emulsifiers. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a master's degree in Social Science focused on sustainable food systems and natural resources.
