InnovoPro introduces CP Pro 70 chickpea protein at 2050 China FoodTech Summit
InnovoPro’s CEO, Ms. Taly Nechushtan introduced CP Pro 70™ chickpea protein at the 2050 China FoodTech Summit, held in Shanghai.
Billed as China’s first food tech investment conference, the 2050 China FoodTech Summit—2050 is the year that the world population is expected to exceed 9.6 billion—was organized by Bits x Bites, a food-focused accelerator and venture fund.
With its huge population and history of famines, the vast nation’s food challenges in the past were centred on how to feed a multitude of people. The future will be more about feeding them well, and China is turning to tech for better and safer food.
