InnovoPro has unveiled functional egg white replacement system to make vegan desserts
InnovoPro’s CP-FOAM 1001 is made from a blend of dry ingredients based on InnovoPro’s chickpea protein CP-PRO70.
The egg white replacement ingredient can easily be foamed with just water and sugar to create stiff peaks that are light in color and stable during baking.
