The first large meeting between Israeli entrepreneurs and Emirati investors took place in a hotel conference room among the gleaming towers of Dubai. One by one, the Israelis got up to pitch their technology. Most spoke of cybersecurity and financial and management tech, which elicited quiet attention. Then came InnovoPro’s CEO Taly Nechushtan.
