Anna has worked in ingredient sales for eight years specializing in functional, natural ingredients. She is driven to bring value-added solutions to her clients and grow the market for appetizing and nourishing alternative proteins and emulsifiers. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a master’s degree in Social Science focused on sustainable food systems and natural resources.
